Olfactory installation Deceleration

Walk-in spiral installation was created as a result of olfactory tests in a nursery home (the odours were used as memory triggers). Based on this research, 4 compositions were made based on 14 trigger smells. In addition, one abstract olfactory composition represented forgetfulness.

The locations of smells were marked with phototranfer image. Near the last abstact smell in the center there was a chair where the visitor may ultimately slow down in the abstract odour.

Accessible for wheelchair users and visually impaired visitors.
